Gran loves Jesus, iced tea, cornbread and seeing people discover their purpose in life. His mission is simple: make disciples who make disciples. Gran's wife, Jamie, is Ignite Kid Ministry Coordinator, and son, Brady, is a Worship Director at Ignite. Gran & Jamie have one other daughter, Courtney, and they have been married for 26 years.

Matt is passionate about helping people follow Jesus while making the Gospel impossible to to ignore during worship. Whether he's studying the Gospel as a student in the Missionary Church's Ministry School, PLI, preaching or designing sound solutions, his goal is to point people to Christ—one message and one mixer or microphone at a time.

Matt loves leading people into the presence of God with authentic worship...and fighting evil wherever he is! He not only pushes back the darkness with worship, but also as a police officer in Albion. His heart is that every song points beyond the stage and straight to Jesus. Matt is a lifetime Noble County resident, and is married to his wife Brandi, who serves and supports Matt & Ignite in a variety of ways.

Brady brings youth, energy, passion, and a heart for worship wherever he serves at Ignite. He loves helping people encounter Jesus and proving that worship isn't a performance—it's participation. He leads the first service every month and is one of our many leaders we are developing and equipping to multiply the Gospel in and around Noble County.

Behind every faithful, yet fired up pastor, is a strong wife that keeps his fire stoked! That is Jamie, and she not only has the hardest job at Ignite (she has to keep Pastor Gran fueled!) but Jamie also has a gift for helping kids fall in love with Jesus while making church the highlight of their week. She believes big faith can grow in little hearts... even when they're covered in glitter and Goldfish crackers.
